People’s Choice Award at Sedona Hummingbird Festival Photo Contest
In the summer of 2025, the Sedona Hummingbird Festival hosted its annual print photo contest, a celebration of these remarkable little birds. I was honored that two of my photos received awards: People’s Choice and Best International Photograph (taken outside of the USA). I am deeply thankful to the festival organizers, the judges, and everyone who voted. Most of all, I am grateful to the hummingbirds themselves, who continue to remind me every day of beauty, resilience, and joy.
Note: Winning photographs will be displayed on the International Hummingbird Society’s website for one year.
